This blog is all about why and how to boldy testify about Jesus.
Come, See a Man Who Told Me Everything

“Come, see a man who told me all that I ever did. Can this be the Christ?” — John 4:29 (ESV)
Come meet the Savior who has changed, transformed, and redeemed the lives of sinners.
Every believer has a testimony. What’s yours?
How did Jesus save your life?
How is He saving your life today?
After the last two blog posts this month, it’s time to pause and testify about Jesus. Jesus is good. Because of Him, we can overcome depression, break free from discouragement, and walk in renewed hope.
“They said to the woman, ‘It is no longer because of what you said that we believe, for we have heard for ourselves, and we know that this is indeed the Savior of the world.'” — John 4:42 (ESV)
It’s not just about what grandma said, or what your parents believed, or even the testimonies you read. At some point, it becomes about your own encounter with the Savior.
Jesus Wants a Personal Encounter With You
Jesus wants to meet you personally. He wants you to know that He died not just for your sins, but for your brokenness, too. He came to give you a new life, a new identity, and true freedom. Scripture tells us to confess with our mouth and believe in our heart that God raised Jesus from the dead, and we will be saved, and so our sins could be forgiven (Romans 10:9; 1 Corinthians 15:3-4).

When you follow Jesus:
- You become His friend.
- You are forgiven and justified.
- You receive His righteousness and the Holy Spirit.
- You are a child of God with access to God and power over sin.
- You gain victory over demonic forces and peace with God.
- You walk in authority and stand on His promises.
This is your inheritance in Christ.
It’s Time to Testify About Jesus
To testify about Jesus is to share how Jesus has changed your life.
Did He set you free from addiction?
Maybe He restore your identity?
Did He give you purpose?
Or take your pain and heal you?
Here’s a Simple Format to Tell Your Story:
1. Before You Met Jesus
“Before I knew Jesus, I…”
What was your life like? Reflect on the struggles dealt with? What was missing?
2. How You Met Jesus
“I came to realize…”
When and how did Jesus meet you? What happened?
3. Your Life After Meeting Jesus
“After I met Jesus, I…”
What’s different now? What has He healed, restored, or transformed?
I Must Testify About Jesus—Here’s What He’s Done for Me
Before I knew Jesus, I was fearful and voiceless! I did not speak up for myself, and I was afraid of how people would see me. I didn’t know who I was, so I became who I thought others wanted me to be. People-pleasing ruled my life.
I first sensed Jesus calling me while away at summer training at Fort Knox. I felt this deep pull to read His Word and get to know Him. But it wasn’t until I returned to college for my sophomore year that I surrendered my life to Him. I visited a church with someone I was dating, heard the Word, and something clicked. I knew it was time. That decision changed everything.
After I met Jesus, I became bold. Confident.
I know who I am now. I no longer live under fear or the need for approval. I’m free from people-pleasing. I am no longer a cream puff—Jesus made me courageous.
