How do you move beyond knowing of God, to knowing Him personally for yourself? How does His Word come alive to you and become more than a book? And what does it look like to walk with Him in the middle of your everyday life?
That’s what we’re here to explore.
Life in God exists to help you move beyond simply knowing about God and grow in knowing Him for yourself. Because faith isn’t meant to remain something we read about, hear about, or talk about. It’s meant to shape how we live.
Not just during quiet time or Sunday service, when everything feels spiritual, but on an ordinary Tuesday. In the decisions you make, the relationships you navigate everyday, the struggles you face, the habits you build, and the moments when you’re trying to figure out what following Jesus actually looks like.
Here, we explore Scripture, ask honest questions, cultivate intentional faith, and discover what it means to live from God’s presence in everyday life. We slow down enough to understand His Word, make room for Him in our daily lives, and learn to put what we’re learning into practice.
Our Foundation is Simple:
Surrender. Dwell. Abide.
Surrender to Jesus. Dwell in His presence. Abide in Him.
Not just as words we know, but as a way of life we’re learning to live.
I’m Brittany, founder of Life in God. I’m a wife, teacher, and lifelong learner who wants to know the Lord more deeply and help others pursue Him for themselves.

Meet Brittany
I am the face behind the post. I’m a chill southern gal from South Carolina, a wife and bonus mother to six. I started Life in God in 2017, and I am sure my 23-year-old self is glad I am back, but in reality, I had to grow up for Life in God to walk in it. The Lord had to mature and spiritually awaken me. No matter how far I strayed from blogging or how long I stayed away from writing, it always comes back to Life in God and writing. I always feel it in my heart.
